OnFriday, January 24, 2024(Note: Likely a typo in the original text, should be 2025), the Halal Center UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta held aCoordination Meeting and Consultation on the 2025 Work Planat the GRAMM Hotel by Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta.

The event commenced with remarks from the Head of the Halal Center UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta,Dr. Imelda Fajriati, M.Si.In her address, the Head of the Halal Center detailed the performance and achievements of the Halal Center over the past few years, which have been recognized at the Provincial and National partnership levels.

The direction and opening of the activity were delivered directly by the Rector of UIN Sunan Kalijaga,Prof. Noorhaidi, M.A., M.Phil. Ph.D., who fully supported all activities aimed at optimizing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education work programs carried out by the Halal Center UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta to realize the"Concept of Sustainable Halal."The event was attended by UIN Sunan Kalijaga leadership, such as the Vice Rector for General Administration, Planning, and Finance, the Head of the Bureau of Academic Administration, Student Affairs, and Cooperation, the Head of the Bureau of General Administration and Finance, and the Head of the General Section of the Bureau of General Administration.

The activity also invited Halal Center partners from various sectors and was directly attended by: the Head of Bank Indonesia KPW DIY, the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kanwil Kemenag) DIY, the Head of the MUI DIY Fatwa Commission, the Head of the DIY Office of Cooperatives and SMEs, the Head of the Sleman Regency Industry and Trade Office, the Halal Task Force of Kanwil Kemenag DIY, the Head of BRI Adi Sucipto, the Head of BCA KCU Sudirman, the Head of Bank Mandiri Adi Sucipto, the Head of BSI MSME Center Yogyakarta, the Chairman of the Indonesian Tourism Industry Association (GIPI) DIY Region, the Chairman of the Noodle and Meatball Traders Association (APMISO) DIY Region, the Head of LPH UIN Sunan Kalijaga, the Secretary of LPH UIN Sunan Kalijaga, the Head of LPH BBKKP Yogyakarta, the Head of the Business Development Center (P2B) UIN Sunan Kalijaga, the Head of the Pumikop DIY Association, and the Head of the Center for Religious Moderation.

The opening ceremony concluded with a prayer led directly by the Head of the MUI DIY Fatwa Commission,Prof. Dr. H. Makhrus Munajat, SH., M.Hum, and was followed by a consultation session on the 2025 Work Plan delivered by the Vice Rector II of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta,Dr. Mochammad Sodik, S.Sos., M.S.i.
