The Halal Center of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta organized a Workshop on Drafting Technical Guidelines for Activities and Budget to strengthen program governance and budget planning efficiency. The workshop was held on 7 August 2025 at the Golden View Hotel Batam.

The main resource person at the workshop was Dr. Abdur Rozaki, S.Ag., M.Si., Vice Rector for Vice Rectorate III of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, who delivered insights on the principles of preparing effective and accountable technical guidelines for activities and budget planning for units and strategic programs within the Halal Center.

The workshop was attended by the Halal Center management team, program planners, and relevant units. It was designed to enhance the capacity for preparing technical documents and operational standards for budget utilization in accordance with university regulations and good governance practices.

In his remarks, the resource person emphasized the importance of comprehensive technical guidelines that can be implemented consistently. The workshop is expected to produce guidelines that will serve as a reference for the implementation of activities and budget management for the Halal Center in the current and future fiscal years.

The event also reaffirmed the Halal Center’s commitment to improving professionalism in program planning and sustainable resource management.
