The Halal Center and LP3H (Halal Product Assurance Organizing Institute) of UIN Sunan Kalijaga held a HALAL BI HALAL 1445 H event with the Rector of UIN Sunan Kalijaga, the Head of BPJPH (Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency), the Head of the Halal Product Fatwa Committee, and the Head of MUI DIY (Indonesian Ulema Council of DIY) on Thursday, May 2, 2024. The event was conducted in a hybrid format with live streaming and was attended by UIN Sunan Kalijaga PPH (Halal Product Assistance) Facilitators across Indonesia.

The event was also attended by the Head of the DIY Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag), the Chairman of PWNU DIY, the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Rectorate, the management of PP Muslimat and representatives of Aisyiyah DIY, and LPH and LP3H institutions throughout DIY. Also present were partners of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Halal Center, including the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (Kemenkop UKM), PT Pegadaian, Bank Indonesia DIY, Bank Mandiri, BSI MSME Center DIY, and several MSME Associations.

Carrying the theme "Strengthening Brotherhood in Anticipation of Mandatory Halal Certification in October for the Benefit of the Ummah and the Nation," the Halal Center UIN Sunan Kalijaga was given mandate, support, and prayers to continually provide benefits within the Halal ecosystem for the nation and globally, echoing the UIN SUKA slogan: UIN SUKA for the Nation, UIN SUKA Goes Global.
