On Monday, April 21, 2025, the Halal Center UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta attended an invitation to receive an award at theHalal Metric Award 2025event organized by Brawijaya University.

UIN Sunan Kalijaga received awards in the categories of"Research and Community Services"and"Indicator Education"at the Halal Metrics Award 2025, organized by Brawijaya University, Malang, Indonesia. The award was received directly byDr. Imelda Fajriati, M.Si., Head of the Halal Center UIN Sunan Kalijaga, representing the Rector.

This achievement is certainly inseparable from the support of stakeholders and leaders within UIN Sunan Kalijaga who have collaborated to integrate the concept and ecosystem of Halal into the Tri Dharma (Three Pillars) of Higher Education. Consequently, the sectors of education, research, and community service can mutually reinforce needs and accommodate all matters related to Halal studies, both theoretically and practically.
